How much of an impact do y'all think vaping has on running. I currently run 17:50, but I'm thinking about putting down the nicotine for the sake of my running. Do you think it'll have a big impact on my times or not? Anyone have experience here?

Vaping dry weed = no impact on running.
Vaping nicotine = impact on running. I don't think it's a large impact but you'll be faster without that in your lungs. My lungs felt better when I stopped vaping, anecdotally.
Great. This is an under addressed topic.
vaping dry weed = little to no impact
vaping weed cartridges = more mucus when running, more shortness of breath, slower improvement
I would assume that vaping nicotine cartridges is similar to vaping weed cartridges. Dry herb vaporizers are the only thing I would trust (and keep the temperature on the lower side).
I find vaping to the point I get a strong buzz will effect performance for 2 days afterwards as my HR will be about 10 bpm higher across the board costing me to lose about 15 seconds a mile.
I haven’t been stupid enough to try and race with nicotine in my system but I imagine it wouldn’t be as effective. Vaping makes me relax in all the wrong ways and hurts my work ethic. I’m currently working on quitting and if you want to take running seriously I recommend you do the same.
I thought vaping went out of style 2 years ago?
Vaping in general can't be "good" for you but the amount of liquid I see people inhale when vaping tobacco has to be 10X the amount of liquid someone vaping weed might inhale. I don't know how the nicotine content in tobacco solutions compares to cigarettes but nicotine is a fairly powerful toxin and vasoconstrictor which causes your arteries/veins to constrict and get smaller. Since running is about pushing as much blood rich in oxygen to working muscles as possible I can't imagine that constricting vessels can be a good thing.
How much did you pay for that advertisement?
