Shoes can't be made with springs, because long jumpers can jump farther with springs in their shoes.
However, the vaporflies don't have springs in them, so why are people complaining???
All the arguing about them seems to me to be quite ridiculous.
However, if someone has a logical explanation of why they'd provide some magical special advantage, then I'd like to see it.

The shoes have uppers, and soles, just like any other shoes, and no springs.

Or that elite runners are going faster than ever.. even though Kipchoge is seven light years ahead of most of the people who are complaining, so it's not even relevant. It's like me complaining because Barry Bonds hit too many home runs. Who cares.

It's exciting to think what the next step after the Alphaflys will be.
Hopefully the optimum midsole stack is under 70mm or Ben Shapiro might start wearing them!
