Just got these suckers. Been doing my training in neutral adidas shoes and longer runs / tempos in zoom fly and zoom fly sp. With no more long runs and marathon pace workouts left, is it a good idea to race in the marathon in these shoes?

It is a great idea, you will run a couple of minutes faster with them and also will recover quicker.
Given you run in neutral shoes, and have run in the zoom fly, I expect no problems. Enjoy walking on the moon for 26.2 miles.
They are a lot like the zoom fly 3 but with much more cushion.
I don’t have the answer to your question though. You can still do some short easy runs to try them out.
