What pace should I run my long run at. Is 6:20 too aggressive?

Depends on the purpose of the long run.
One common workout would be something like first 70% (+/-) at easy pace and the rest at marathon pace. For 22 miles, something 15 miles easy, 7 at marathon pace. Unless it's your only workout, doing a really long moderate+ run seems like it might be too hard to do on weekly basis.
~6:06/mi

If it's weekly, every other week type of thing you are going to do four times, maybe start at 7:15 and work your way down to 6:40. You should be able to do something after one recovery day.
You are kind doing this backward though. You should post your workout then ask us to predict your race.
2:40 marathoner here. Confused by the question a little bit. If you're training for 2:40, you're going to have a plan with some marathon specific work built in to your long runs. Some days it might just be anywhere in the 18-24 range by feel and others it's 10 easy & 10 @ MP. You're going to time those sessions out from your goal race. For me, I might start a run at 7:00-7:30 for the first couple miles and then start clicking off 6:30s-50s, maybe even 20s by the end. Usually an average pace in the 6:40s if I don't have a workout built in.
