Galen Rupp has finally acquired enough base work will finally move to Kenya and be coached by Renato Canova.

Most of the athletes are already coached by Julian. I think Salazar only coaches Rupp, Hasay and maybe a couple others. He's semi-retired and probably was going to retire completely once Rupp retires. If they're signed to Nike and want to be on a distance running team situation there's only NOP and Bowerman.
Maybe they will go to Gabriele Rossi since he hasn't been banned.
Majority of the athletes are already coached by Julian (7/12 of the roster to be exact) so I would think most will go with him with Tim Rowbury helping out on the side and Salazar sending workouts for Rupp and Hasay. Kijelcha, Hassan, and Clayton already do a good chunk of their work with Julian's sub-group anyways. Seems like a lot of athletes for Julian, but Schumacher does just fine with Pascal helping. His 5 athletes will be taken care of.
No one will leave, nothing will change. NOP will continue to dominate.

NOP would do well to hire a respected college coach to assist with a sub group. Pete takes on as many of the stars as he can handle. The rest hit the transfer portal; maybe BTC can have a men’s presence beyond Mo and Jager again?
As far as I'm concerned they all can go to hell.
I forsee homeless runners living on the streets of Beaverton, recognizable in their Nike gear.

There are several other US coaches on Nike contracts. Just look around.
If you see more than two Nike athletes training together, there's a Nike coach there too.

Sifan Hassan needs to prepare for her next event in the WC and is not allowed to have contact with Salazar. Charles van Commenee has taken over, effective immediately, for the duration of this WC. At the moment she does not have any idea on where she could possibly go, and she notes NOP has other coaches as well.
