I have an unexpected window to run during the day tomorrow. A work thing has been cancelled leaving me with some time I don't have to account for.
I reckon I have 90 minutes to run.
So, my options are:
a) 90 minute run - start slow but maybe a progression element from 60 minutes onwards.
b) 75 minute run plus strides
c) something else.
