Cow Harbor 10k happened over the weekend. It attracts a decent elite field. Futsum won on the men's side in 29:35, while Ann-Marie Blaney won on the women's in 33:42.
Another good story from the race is that I believe this is Natosha Rogers' first race in a while. She was 2nd in 34:04 (or 3rd I guess based on chip time). You might remember her as the 2012 10k Trials runner-up. She's back training with the Hansons. Will be interesting to see if she goes after the 10k in 2020 or if they try to get the half/full standard before Atlanta.

Hell yeah!
Ayyy, sexist men of LRC. Not why I posted this & it's not welcome behavior here. Just excited to see her healthy + training again. She's a big talent. I'd like to see her do well. It can't be easy to leave & come back. -
You do realize exactly where you're posting, yes?

It's her choice to post what she posts on Instagram. Stop body shaming her. -

She is still sleek as ever . What is the OT standard in the 10k? I want it to be Natosha Time ๐๐๐ -
Those times are very mediocre - you realize that?

Hello hillary lover. Still butt hurt?
Nothing better than watching hillary lovers continue to have meltdowns.
Hahahahahaha!!! -
You are an overly sensitive liberal. They said they are glad she has social media back. How is that sexist? Were you picked on every day growing up in school by the other boys, and that is why you are so delusional?

What's wrong with right wing America, why are Republicans so hateful all the time? Vote Democratic, bring all things good back to America. -

Why do you even post here. You know less about running that politics. Go back and pollute those threads with your drivel. -
Thank you to Hansons and Brooks for continuing to give opportunities to athletes that might have otherwise been overlooked.

Considering that both Futsum and Blaney have PRs 90+sec faster it would seem the course runs about that much slower than ideal. ~32:30 is a respectable (re)debut. -

"Mediocre" compared to what? Your 10K times? 10K times from the track? This was a road race, you realize that? And on a storied course with some nasty hills, you realize that? -

Rhonex Kipruto ran 26:46 on the roads. -

LOL, but he didn't run that at Newbury Park or at Cow Harbor, did he? Want to start comparing X-C times now also?
