From what I read, he is focused on tinman tempo and CV intervals. It seems the tinman tempo is a bit slower than threshold, but 6 miles+. When it comes to CV intervals, they are faster than threshold, but slower than a typical Daniels VO2 workout. I know he also prescribes faster 1600m paced 200's, etc on the tail end of these workouts to support speed/mechanics.
But I'm curious if he has a phase for 100% VO2Max work? Heck, what about a couple weeks of anaerobic work at the end of season? Can someone easily lay out the phased approach? Example....

5 weeks early season/mileage/long run/tempo/CV Intervals
5 weeks mid-season/mileage/long run/tempo/CV Intervals/faster speed work sessions
