Anyway, @OP you clearly are a 400/800 guy. With your raw speed you have the potential to run a 1:47-1:48 800m and maybe even a sub 4 minute mile depending on how far you can develop your aerobic system.
Look at the free training log of Nick Symmonds. Nothing spectacular, just decent mileage around 60-70 mpw, some cross-training like easy swimming 2-3x a week for recovery, lots of lifting. The running is split in easy running/LR, a good amount of threshold work and some speed in the base phase. Then in competition phase he adds lots of race-paced intervals, 200s, 300s, 400s, all around 800m pace or faster.
