Male, 42, 5’9” 135, 55 mpw. I’ve used Daniels for years. His 2Q program has been good to me and I run 310 each fall using it, running 50-55 mpw. This year I want to go sub 3.
Basically, how do I shave 10 minutes from my time? Is it better to throw in a third weekly run, that’s in the 90 minute range, and also increase the other easy runs to get to 65 mpw range, or should I raise the VDot? Or both? Current schedule is below and advice is appreciated.
