Zoom fly flyknit sizing?

I have no problems buying normal size.

Should I still go normal size if I’m using it for racing and not training?

Get an 11.5

I ordered my usual Nike size and half a size up and landed up returning the half size up. i.e. just go with normal size.

Weirdly I did this having only tried on zoom fly SPs in the shops which were definitely a half size up on usual!

My size 11 ZoomFly Flyknits are larger than my original 11.5 Zoomflys and way larger than my 11.5 Zoomfly SPs.

If you have narrow feet, get the original Zoomfly, Zoomfly SP or Zoomfly 3. Lots of heel slip in the Zoomfly Flyknit even with a 1/2 size smaller
