Alberto helped get her thyroid issue resolved.
Cytomel to all and to all a good night
Well ... not all photos tell the same story:

She is leaner (also and maybe more clearly visible in her face) but I suspect that the first picture suggests a larger bust because of the movement. Also note that her arms and legs already were very slim 4 years ago.

Very feminine here, boy she is skinny now.
Photoshopped.
I've seen in other threads that she got a breast reduction. I don't know if that's true or if she just lost weight, but she has clearly lost weight. I agree that the top photo is a little misleading but she was completely cut in Doha, compared to looking like a naturally small and slim (but not as lean) person before NOP.

Of course most it seems like female distance runners get leaner as they get older and later into their 20s/30s compared to early 20s/teens.
Could be that Dr. Brown special sauce.

Do we know what happened here?
Yes, yes she did.
So what I figured from her journey, in 2008 she sought asylum in the Netherlands. Three years later, she won the Eindhoven half marathon in 77 minutes, and in 2013 she became a dutch citizen. She doesn't speak Dutch super well, but it's getting better with time. In anycase it's clear she has a level of dutch to pass the B1 requirements (which isn't that high, but high enough to get the job done) And well she travels alot, trains with a lot of non-dutch people.
In 2015, she started dominating the worlds. I suspect she was with some dutch coaches. Dutch people are the leanest in Europe, but many of their athletes (especially female athletes) are BIG. They are are tall, big people. They may be slightly fatter than you expect for a olympic athletes, but many of these big people are bringing in gold. So there is on reason to criticise them. Also it makes sense to be a new refugee in a country to be a bit heavy. I worked with a lot of refugee athletes, it's not easy to get them on a good diet, part of that is related to just how much money you have. Poor people eat poor food. I would not be surprised if Sifan was in that situation.
It seems after her performance in 2015, she could pick new coaches to push her further (good idea, dutch athletics are good, but if you want domination, you need to look further), so she hit salazar. I remember reading about Salazar in the 90's and early 2000s, he seemed like a god-like figure in American running. He got many of his athletes lean (which I find funny, because in his records and new york and boston he has a fit build, but not a lean and shredded build. so why is he making his athletes lean out to the extreme.
In anycase for hasan the weight-loss seemed to transfer to some track gains. She does seem to eat a LOT, but a lot of low-calory dense fruits and vegs. My spouse who is dutch always comments on how crazy thin she is, she is, but it doesn't seem out of line for distance athletes. (koko last year seemed to have gone a bit overboard with being lean) so yeah salazar leaned her out, as he does for many of her athletes. She seems to be fine with it, or maybe the gains in speed were more aparent for her.

I'm perplexed too but wouldn't be surprised if AlSal secret sauce and/or Shelbo burritos were involved. 🤷

Is her Dutch better than her English? Just out of curiosity

I think she has slightly better english than dutch. As I said, her dutch is improving a lot. But these days with an American coach she seems more comfortable in english, and fluent enough in Dutch.
It's also useful to note, after your english hits a certain point it's hard for non-natives to improve their dutch. Most dutch people speak english very well, or at least they think they do, so you have to be very determined to improve your dutch to get them to stick to dutch. And yeah, ducth people speak english well, mostly because english is very similar to dutch. For english native speakers it's genuinely one of the easier languages to master. My dutch is still a bit funky, but I managed to pass the C1 level (so fluent enough to attend universities in Dutch, which by the way are taught in english now in the netherlands, but they still teach in dutch in belgium), so by this level I'm drawing my judgement on sifan's language skills.
Is it correct that in addition to the weight loss that she had a reduction?
She did. (The doc in the surgery room)
When you lose weight as a woman it also drops your cup size. As one pervert once said, "oh you run marathons, that's why your tits are soo small, because when a man is married he wants something to squeeze them titties" yes coupled with the squeezing hand motion.
In some recent photos she seems to still have a lot on top, not as big as that pic there, but it's a bit insane, I even wonder whether she was stuffing to fill in a loose sport bra... any sport bra worth it's salt should flatten you out too. Anycase, she is wearing looser tops these days. but no, highly doubt she got surgically reduced, too invasive and more likely to be naturally reduced.
