Benjamin vs Samba vs Warholm
Easily the race of Doha.
Doha will be scary
What do you say @aussiestatman, time to realize that the big 2 is possibly only number 2 and 3?
At the very least you'll have to admit it's the big 3...
World Record is gone in Doha. About time, too. It's a perfect scenario where it's not deep enough that they'll have to push to make the final. Under 49.5 will do for that.

Why? Warholm is improving all the time. He messed up on hurdle nine. He is in shape for WR

but so is Benjamin. A year younger, better physical attributes, plus he messed up hurdle 1 AND 5...
Second highly suspicious T&F athlete to come out of Norway in recent times. Let's get some testing over there!
Tremendous race from Warholm and Benjamin here. What I saw from Warholm the last time out in 47.26 was not nearly as impressive as this. In the previous race, he was stretching to retain his stride pattern in the last 100m and not very smooth. Here he got out extremely well, yet was able to speed up in the last 100m and looked extremely smooth over the last barriers to virtually negate Benjamin's greater flat speed at the end. He continues to surprise with his improvement. It looked like Samba and Benjamin would dominate for the next ten years. If Samba, who has already broken 47 (last year, I believe), is healthy for World's, it will easily be the strongest 400mH competition ever and the world record should go down.
After all that talk about Rai vs Samba, looks like those two will be fighting for silver.
One thing is clear: Warholm...is...the...MF...king!!!

Warholm has been experimenting with how to approach the last 2 hurdles this year.
The 2 last races prior to this he has gone 13 steps all the way, but as you can see from Paris his frequency goes down.
This time he went back to his old formula of 15-15 last two hurdles, resulting in him stuttering on the 9th (probably changed his mind between hurdles).
Anyways, with 15 - 15 he looks smoother as you say, but no doubt he'll need to do 13 all the way to keep the speed up enough to hold of Benjamin (and Samba).
As a fellow European I am going to be rooting for him at the world championships. He is consistent and runs the fastest. The record set in the 80s or 90's was set in a time when there was doping involved and very easy to pass the tests.

Totally Noranarchy, doped corrupt nation, should all be sent to the Northpole.

7/10
Benjamin needs to be plugged into that USA 4x4 team in the final.

Maybe Trump can just buy it and shut down their doping program.
Your argument is flawed. With the US sprint doping history, I would be more worried about Benjamin. Nevertheless, I think both are great athletes and looking forward to many more battles on the track.
Kevin young ran clean.... u don't think Moses would have loudly complained, otherwise?
Muir and Reekie have falling out with Andy Young, get on first plane home from South Africa
Kipchoge has been doing 40k mostly uphill training runs @ 8200 ft: yeah, he’s ready for Boston
BREAKING: ZANE ROBERSTON IMMININENTLY ARRESTED FOR TRANSPORTING EPO ETHIOPIA->KENYA.
Peter Bol: independent testing says he did not take EPO - Can the EPO test be trusted?
Explain Like I'm 5: Why should I make my 800 guy do lots of long runs?
Usain Bolt thinks track and field is boring as there is no superstar like himself
