So my husband is a college coach, this is probably the 5th time now I caught him sending explicit, sexual messages to girls 20-25 years old on IG,FB “social media” and when confronted he totally blows me off. My concerns are that this is the age group of girls he coaches. Should I be concerned? How would I ever be-bale to trust him, doesn’t look like he will ever change his creeping ways- just looking for advice

He will be caught fired and humiliated publicly and professionally. Ask yourself if you can live with that result.

This thread will probably be deleted...but if not a troll, and you have confronted him and he has been unrepentant and unwilling to change his behavior then it is time to move on. The relationship will not work if both parties are not committed.
If you have noticed others will as well. He is likely not long for the career field, and will be publicly castigated.
Also, since I have very little context (not privy to the texts or behavior) don't discount the idea that maybe you are over reacting.

If they are girls he is coaching you pretty much have a mandatory requirement to report his actions to the school.
You have absolutely nothing to worry about. Coaches have to use a variety of techniques to communicate with and teach athletes these days. Your husband may have found social media to be the best platform. Furthermore, language usage among today's youth is different. Your husband is probably just using linguistic techniques that he has found to be effective. What may sound explicit and sexual is probably just a simple reference to a cross training routine he's asking his athletes to undertake.
To be honest, your husband sounds like an innovator.
