Week ago I got foot pain that made it somewhat painful to walk and run. Since I am preparing for an upcoming race I did not want take time off running but I did not want to make the injury worse either. I thought - if VF4% can save my legs after HM, they should be soft on my legs during every day running as well. So I tried them on for couple of easy runs and it was much better. Now I feel like I want to run all my runs in them. Does anyone here also run in VF4%'s daily?
