let me be real with you - I like to eat, but when I can't run, there aren't too many fun forms of exercise that are both as fun and as efficient at burning calories. I don't want to put on much weight and I don't want to change *too much* about my diet while i'm injured. at the moment I'm having some success with the ski erg- I kind of like the movement, feels sort of whole body, and sometimes is actually a harder cardio workout than running. still, it's not burning as much as running since I'm not doing as much mileage on it. any other suggestions?
