You absolutely don't have to believe, I don't. However you cannot say, you can only allude to it because there are legal repercussions. Obviously, on a random thread off an old running board it's unlikely to happen so it's best to talk about the ones that have been caught.
It's up to you to decide if it's a giant conspiracy or if there's something going on.

It'd be more reasonable to argue against existence of gravity than to claim Bolt was clean throughout his career.

The stimulant Blake was caught with wasn't banned. He got a penalty, bogus in my opinion, because it was similar to something that was banned.

If you are naive enought to think a guy with superior speed endurance a superior stride, can't be on another level than the rest then you know little about sports. This guy could run a 45.3 as a kid, he trained as a 200m sprinter for years before running a 100, if you can't get the guy was different you aren't wanting to.

Why would a guy with a 6-5 stride and years training as a long sprinter be the same as guys lacking that stride and his level of speed endurance? You don't get that?
Jim Brown was 6-2 230 4,5 back at a time when he was as big as defensive lineman and they had slow white defensive backs, he was unique for his era.
Bolt is just like that, there is nobody else like him so he should be on another level and he is.

He did run 45.3 at 16, he was also visiting the dirty doctor from the age of 16. Oh yeah teenagers don't do drugs, so that makes him clean.
