I recently ran a 30 minute tempo at a 5:58 mile pace. I would appreciate any input as to what time I could possibly run in the 5K and 8K based off of this workout. I am a soon to be senior and I definitely want to run at the college level!

Definitely faster than that for 5k if it was truly a tempo. Sub-17 is pretty reasonable I'd say. Idrk about 8k because no experience.
I was running close to 17 minutes when I did 5 or 6 miles around 6 minute pace.
Those are good numbers. High schoolers usually race tempos. 17:20-28:10.
You could have given your PRs & some more workouts. 5:25-35 pace for 5k. Low to mid 28s for 8k. Most high schoolers are really underdeveloped on the endurance side so it wouldn't surprise me if you've already broken 17 for 5k or you do early in the season.
When you say you did that for a tempo, our best assumption for prediction purposes is that you basically time trialed that tempo. You can probably race 8K a little faster, like 29 minutes, and then about 17:30 for 5K. If your effort was easier then you can go faster than that.
