So like the title says, last year on like August 7th we did 4x1mile repeats on our course. From the start to the mile marker. I ran 5:16, 5:10, 5:15, 5:13 (the first 800 is almost all uphill so I'm not concerned about the times but the comparison) so yesterday we did the same workout, and I ran 5:23, 5:19, 5:17,5:13. I don't remember the weather from last year but it was August so probably hot and humid. And yesterday it was really hot and humid. I am really concerned because it's the same workout and I should be stronger. I've been running more (probably like 20-30 miles more a week (20-45 or 50)) so I dont know if I'm just running on tired legs or what. And maybe another thing is pretty much all the time (since like February) I've had what feels like a ball of mucus in the top of my chest, bottom of my throat all the time and my nose just feels clogged. So it makes it hard to breath. So if anyone has got any advice for the mucus and for the times I would appreciate it
