Anybody like these for long runs? The 4% is my marathon shoe and I'll use it for a few long runs just to keep my legs from getting too beat up, but I really would prefer something with a little more stability/structure for those long training runs.
Love the way the 4% keeps my legs feeling fresher for those 18-22 mile runs than normal trainers, but sometimes I'll have ankle issues after.
Is the Carbon X a decent training shoe to pair with the 4%s for races?
