hi guys
I have been trying to find some sprint training plans for 200 and 400 and can not find anything
I am currently running 25.15 for 200
and 55.80 for 400
note this is my first year
my goals are to run
23-24 for 200m by the end of the year
and 50-52 for 400m by the end of the year
does anyone have some training plans I can use or some sort of rep plan I can use?
please help
also any good spike suggestions
