I saw Josh this weekend and was shocked. I bet that he is over 100 pounds heavier than he was when he raced.
My guess is 260
He does not look healthy at all.

180 lbs = Josh - Des

Haha. Josh minus Des equals Broke azz.
According to google, a ox weighs 1197 lbs.
With or without the blue parka?
He stole the show at Boston 2018 when he pushed Des husband out of the way for the first hug. Anytime I see Des that is all I can think of. Fat Joshy muscling in for the camera.
More than my remaining, sole nut.

So what? He did his time as a runner, who cares?
I'll never forget Josh and Des on Rich Roll's podcast after Des won Boston. The whole time I was wondering, "Why is Josh Cox here?"
And yeah, he's definitely put on some weight, looks like crap.

Look guys, let's be honest, this whole elite distance runner look this Buchanan guy has going looks terrible compared to Josh on the left. Your average American girl would much prefer Josh over him.
Buchanan honestly looks unhealthy when standing next to Josh. Look, let's be real here. Girls are not wired to find that attractive. They seek a mate who can provide for, and protect them. I'm sorry, but this is coming from a guy who did his time, and is now happy to have gained 15 pounds and running 30 miles a week versus 90-100 miles a week.

Maybe you should worry about yourself.
Dad bods are in. I should know.
I’m more disturbed by his hair.
Josh has definitely added some weight, but the guy above me is right. My wife is constantly giving me crap about being too skinny now that I am no longer "competitive." She has told me flat out that a dad bod is preferable to a gaunt bod.
I am 40, have kids, and work a lot. I don't have time to run and spend hours in the gym, so I just get skinny.
Josh has moved on to other goals, and being skinny is no longer as important to him.
He'll go through a few years of being bigger and my guess is that he will lose the weight.
OP.
1 week ban. Are you sick? Why are you posting about someone's weight under multiple handles? That's cyber harrassment. I'll be happy to reveal your IP address to Josh if he asks .
I'm going to delete the thread but want people to know that we will not tolerate cyber bullying / harassment.
