Letsrun,
I recently had a heart holter done for some precaution testing because of lightheadedness. I got my results back which informed me my RHR had dipped to 28 bpm at 6:50 A.M. I’m a collegiate runner and am an active person outside of running. Do any other runners have this low of a RHR? I’m considering getting another holter to try to get it to 26 for the world record. Guinness says it’s 27 bpm. Note, I had 2 cups of coffee the day I had the holter on.
