Dude, she's totally into you! She must've been enthralled at the sight of your lean, muscled body gliding through the park as your perfect form made your strides seem effortless. But you gotta do something quick, or else she'll lose interest in you and start eyeing up the jacked crossfit guy who's been giving her suggestive glances as he lifts logs across the other side of the park.

So, listen very carefully here bud, you gotta do exactly as I say, as it is the only way. Next time you see her, you've got to watch her from behind a tree for a few hours, as you gather courage and confidence, before stealthily walking up behind her to caress the back of her neck as you whisper, "You're the one", into her ear. You get to a point in life where you realize the key to success with women is simply enjoying your relationships with them on the ground it’s comfortable resting. In this case, the ground it’s comfortable resting on is as cordial strangers. It would have been weird if you had interrupted her phone call to make a move and you’ll probably never see her again. Take satisfaction in having a human moment and look toward the future.

I guess you can try to be a normal human and not stalk and obsess over her. But, given this is LRC and all- that's not going to happen.

My advise would be to run past her and when you are about 20 yards in front of her pretend to be injured and collapse on the ground. Let out a few screams of pain. When she runs up to you ask her is she an angle. It is a good way of getting her to approach you and to literally break the ice at the same time. It is best to do this if nobody else is closer to you otherwise they will come to help you and she might not. Tell her you can't breath or something and you need oxygen. Ask her to check your body for any broken muscles or bones. I plan to try this tactic soon.
