Hello I’m a 800m runner my Pr is 1:59 and my fastest 5k on the track is 18:12. My fastest 8k is 31:00 after an injury. My summer mileage currently is about 40 miles per week with 2 workouts a week how can I improve to reach my goal of at least a 29min 8k I know it’s not that impressive but it’s a time I’m looking to hit. What should I focus on ?
