Off of a 55.0 400m and a 4:11 1500m what would be the fastest I could run for 800m
I am a 15 year old 5'7 125lbs male and my training is as follows
Mon: 30-45 minutes easy/rest day
Tues: track session
Weds: 30-45 minutes easy
Thurs: lactate threshold work/track session
Fri: rest
Saturday: race/track session
Sunday: long run, 60 minutes
I have already run 2:00 this year and am racing another 800m this Wednesday, can I break 2?
