Prepping for a 1 Mile race on August 10.
I started specifically training 13 weeks ago per Daniels Runnign Formula
4 weeks base Phase 1 ~easy
3 weeks Phase 2 ~tempos
3 weeks Phase 3 ~V02 max
3 weeks Phase 4 ~anaerobic
I have one more week of Phase 3, interval training at 3-5k pace. I'm worried that I should be focusing on the phase 4 repetition work.
