I know it depends on the type of job but let's just say a manual labor job. You know like standing on your feet all day in the heat and occasionally lifting heavy items. How would this affect your running performance in the short term and long term? I run 50 miles a week and work 50 hours a week and I also average 30k steps a day... I've been doing this for a month now and it's getting easier but post work runs are about 10-15s slower per mile than usual.
