No one is looking at Sage's results and thinking they should replicate what he is doing. Additionally, he never brings it up at all. Only when you start yet another thread to talk about it. If you didn't bring it up everyday no one would even know he was vegan.
All long term vegans get the same results. They get sick and either quit or hit end stage Veganism.

Most Americans consume a "plant-based diet" of GMO corn, wheat, soy, sugar, and vegetable oils. Mostly imported and heavily toxic. Monsanto and Koch thank you for your purchases.
Sage should consume organic and locally sourced meat, dairy, and eggs.
Had he followed a proper diet from the start of his running career we'd be looking at a 2:08 marathoner, not a gimmicky Instagram-star "ultrarunner." So much wasted potential.

Just one example Richard(aka Vegan Gains) has went from a strong athletic specimen to someone who has gotten fat, and suffers from many other ailments. His strength gains in the last five years or so he has been vegan is basically none.
So yeah, you can go on and on about studies. But reality does not match it.
