I’m going to assume you’re not trolling and try to give you a sincere reply here.
Young people of color, on average, have less access to quality test prep services and disproportionately have extracurricular obligations (I.e. work, caring for siblings) when compared to white students. If your family is barely getting by, paying thousands of dollars a year on SAT prep isn’t going to be a priority.
This means that white students, on average, score higher than people of color on the SAT. They don’t, on average, have better GPAs or professional outcomes when compared to people of color who have received the same level of education. If you’re a college, you should care more about a student’s potential than how they did on a single-day test.
