my guess is thats too much fast twitch, so no, unless you are female in which case you might be able to medal in the 60 assuming you are really fast twitch

what????? that is fucking slow as a tortoise. get real
Don't quote me on this as I might be off. But I think Peter Snell and Seb Coe 200m speed was around 22 seconds.
Obviously not or you would have provided times for the 1500, 1600, or mile.

My 1500 is 3:44 so not close to any medalj but not to shabby either. However the question is whether or not speed is my bottleneck.
What would matter more is how fast you can run a 1500. The two factors are not related other than you need enough speed to be able to close at the end of a race. FWIW I ran 22.8 in the 200, but only 3:56 in the 1500. Some of the guys I knew that were national caliber in the 1500 had run from 47 for the 400 to hardly able to break 52. There are different body types in the 1500, but if you want to compete in the WCs or Olympics you need to be able to close. Centro ran 50.25 for his last 400 in Rio, so you do need wheels for a tactical final like you would see at a major championship, but you should be okay at your high school invitational.
