"An indictment by French prosecutors against Lamine Diack, former President of the International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF) and his son, Papa Massata Diack, has alleged that British athletes, including a Gold medalist and ‘sports icon’, were involved in blood doping at the London 2012 Olympics. Journalists said the document reveals that Valentin Balakhnichev, former Treasurer of the Russian Athletics Federation (RusAF) and Vice President of the IAAF, spoke internally about abnormal blood values of several athletes at the London 2012 Olympics, including a British Gold Medalist, according to an email."

Dang, now I'm eager for an update
-
Over/under on Mo?
-
Ennis, Farah, Pendelton or Hoy. Anyone want some action?
-
I don't think Mo was clean, but that post and website definitely look like Russian trolling.
-
Of course they are dirty. All of UK's endurance superstars have been (Paula, Froome, Mo).
-
Wow. This headline should make the front page of the paper right next to "Somebody Commits Murder" and above "Recall on Car of Unknown Make and Model."
Until you can actually name the individual, this really isn't news. -

None of that is new. -

Only ennis and Farah would rightly be considered "icons". Can a "sir" ever be revoked? -
Say it aint Mo wrote:

According to Wikipedia he was the treasurer of the IAAF and Vice President of the RusAF. Any site that gets those two things mixed up shouldn't be taken too seriously. -
Has to be mo and radcliffe
Gold medallist and icon -

ALL brit olympians are filthy. Brits have a state sponsored doping program, and the cheating is headed up by Coe. This applies to every Olympic sport. Radcliffe and doorbell mo are the most blatantly outrageous cheaters in the history of all sports. -
That's funny considering you're the king of saying things that aren't true that you backpedal and say don't matter.
-
What - it doesn't matter that it's a made up story by trolls that can't even bother to get right (or purposely mixed up for the benefit of morans like you) the fact he was the treasurer of the IAAF not the Vuce President?
That's the same as the documented near weekly doping busts coming out of Kenya? Or me mistaking the coach of Olaf Beyer giving his 14 year old female athlete illegal and potentially lethal pills to improve her performances as giving her peds (thanks Rekrunner)? -
It's the same as you saying "x people have done this" when you are off by factors of 200%. It's the same as you saying "x person did this" when really it was someone else. For you to complain about them flipping the titles for IAAF/Russian Federation is very, very funny because of that hypocrisy.

Well we already know that Mo was the only likely doping Brit on the leaked IAAF list in 2016, so that wouldn't come as a surprise. -

Oh yes, and Radcliffe was flagged in early 2016 with a ridiculous Hb of 16.2 along with normal ret-%, so yeah, nothing to see here. -

2012! Sorry... -
You are welcome? It doesn't make you look good, to be pedantic, and then say "Vuce(sic) President".
Here are some more Russian puppets:

Considering this email comes from Balakhnichev, before the story broke, I wonder if this was a veiled threat that Russia would not go down alone.

This. We've heard this exact same "story" before and nothing came of it. Name names or STFU
