I am an incoming hs junior who has run a pr of 18:49 for the 5k during the fall of my sophomore year off of 30 mpw. I did not run over the winter and i ran a 5:20 mile during the spring off of bs training(10 mpw). I am currently running 35 mpw at around 8:15 pace very comfortably. I have a few questions regarding summer runs-
1. when i get up to 60-70 mpw should i double
2.how slow should my runs be
3. should i speed up slightly at the end of my training runs
4. what times can i run october- november
