Was just browsing different locations on the weather app, and noticed current conditions in Salt Lake City, Utah are 88°F with 12% humidity for a dew point of around 29°F
I'm guessing that dew point is dry by some standards, but maybe some people might prefer that for doing outdoor activity such as running/biking etc.
What is it like to run in higher temps, but with such a low dew point? On the east coast the dew point seems to never dip below 60° during the summer, and here even in October it usually doesn't get as low as 29°
