indoor track construction and costs?

Hello,

I am looking for information regarding construction costs for indoor tracks. I am looking for general cost ballparks here, with some things to consider. If anyone has any ideas what kind of money the following would cost, I'd appreciate it.

1) Renovating an 8lane flat track into a 8lane banked track (4lane?)

2)Same as above, but hydraulically banked so as to leave the facility usable for non-track applications.

3) constructing a new building to house a 200m 4lane banked track, adding said track, sprint runways, pits etc.

any input would be great!

Just from dealing with biz contracts, it is going to depend on what type of building do you want.

Take U of Ark. for example:

In the early 90s it had a simple building housing it's track that had to be less than what they have now.

I am going to say that I have been little to no help but I really think you have to ask the question of what sort of building do you want b/4 you can get a cost estimate.
