Hillary Clinton threw ashtrays at staffers. Were they whiners to complain about getting hit in the head by an ashtray?

Yes. Also, Biden just pulled out of NH. Bye bye Biden!

If he is the nominee, I will. I will do the same whoever the nominee is. Well, Broomberg wouldn't need my money. So if he is the nominee, I will donate for something else.

yep. everyone was nice until he actually became a threat. he needs to storm back on this these attacks with the fact that no other candidate has had to actually directly face the racial issues that divide the country.

Nice question. I would probably rather have Bernie. Bernie is obviously a nutcase. Warren could pretend she is a moderate while enacting the same policies as Bernie but many would not realize what havoc she is causing.
One, that's some strange logic.
Two, you're voting for Trump, so your opinion in this question doesn't matter.
For moderates that Trump out, Warren or Sanders?

If you could not get the moderate of your choice and it was certain that the nominee was a progressive, would you rather have Warren or Sanders at the top of the ticket?
Warren over Sanders. Either could beat Trump, but I think Warren has better effect on down ballot.
I think she will get more things done if elected. I am not impressed with Bernie's legislative record. A whopping total of seven bills in three decades, two of which are renaming the post office.

Right. Mayor Pete governs an city that's 26% black.
None of the other candidate has his experience working with African Americans and other minorities.
Certainly no one representing Minnesota or Vermont.

Honestly, I would have considered Mayor Pete. I despise Trump but like his policies. But this week I have seen he is pro-infanticide. I could never support one who would kill a baby who is born and outside the womb. I can never do that. Can you???
Never in a million years could a kill a baby. Never in a million years. Can you Dems?

IF that happened, I'd have to abstain from this Presidential election. Bother Sanders and Warren are WAY too progressive for me.
We'll have both the Senate and House in 2020. It's better if there is not a single party holding all 3 anyway.

Bloomberg has more experience working with minorities.
South Bend has a bit higher percentage of black people than New York City and a much smaller dependency on white collar money.

So, you are another person not so interested in voting out Trump that you would let others choose for you.
I'm speaking to the people who want the Democrat to win.
Kind of the point of this thread.
LOL
South Bend has population of ~100K.
If you are only referring to tribalists who are ONLY voting because one has a D or R behind their name, then, no, I'm not your man. Some of us do vote for the person, their policies, and what is best for the country.
However, I'll post on this thread as I like. Thank you very much.

They want to be able to do all the "progressive" stuffs they are advocating now. Even if Ds control both chambers, they are far less disciplined group than R. There will be enough resistance among them, and they will have to compromise if they want to get anything done.
And here is the difference. Warren will make compromise to get something done. Sanders will blame moderates in Congress and Ds will lose big time in 2022.
I disagree.

A smaller dependency on white collar money yes, however the higher % of black people is negligible and whites make up over 60% of South Bend while only 45% of NY.

Bernie doesn't have a D or R behind his name.
Really this is about who will go up against Trump.
The choice will be binary. Trump or the person that gets the Democrat nomination.
One or the other will be the best person for the country in your mind. If you want a voice, you need to pick one of the binary choices.
Or don't have a voice. That's your call.

The problem, as I see it, is that some "moderates" believe Sanders is no better than Trump.
Some Bernie supporters believe any moderate D (or even Warren) is no better than Trump.
I don't know what kind of bubble they are living in, but that's how they see the world.
And it's hard to change their mind because they believe they are right and everyone else is wrong.
