Hello everyone. My freshman year, i ran a 12.00 in the 100m, 24.50 in the 200m , and 1:00.00 in the 400m (53.8 in the 4x400m). My sophomore year, I did cross country in the fall and then trained in the winter with my team. My sophomore year I ran an 11.7 in the 100m, and 23.5 in the 200m, and a 52 in the 400m. I was wondering if XC would help me improve my sprinting events (especially the 200/400). If not, what would be a better alternative. Thanks!!
