Current PRs
400 - 60.5s
800 - 2.18
1600 - 5.03
I don’t mean immediately but by next summer.
Currently doing 50 mpw.
I’m 35 and hoping to do more quality speed workouts.
Is this possible?

If you’ve only been running a short while (3 years or shorter, with less than half of that at or near your current 50 miles/week), it’s not likely but it is possible. If you’ve been training for a longer time than that, no.
You would have to drop your 400m PR by at least 4 seconds and simultaneously greatly improve your endurance, and those sort of dual improvements don’t happen in experienced runners (especially in their mid-30s; at that age even a small improvement in 400m time alone is a near-miracle).

Not much training background given but it’s highly unlikely you could drop 19 secs in one year.
Definitely not by next summer, and unfortunately probably not ever. How long have you been running and what sort of mileage have you done in the past?

Mileage is not going to improve your 200m personal best. If you sprint 200m in the range of (28 to 28.75) seconds, not much of a margin. Many or most sub-2:00 minute 800m runners can sprint sub-25.5 200m.
