Really great to see the HBCU back in the mix, we saw NCA&Ter, in the sprints, both relays, the 110'sd and will see more with the women. Been awhile since these HBCUers have shown up like this.

It is entirely possible that they cause turbulent flow, which could actually reduce drag by breaking up the low pressure zone behind his buttocks.
