No, just focus on training and running more.
130 at 5'6" is pretty perfect.
I ran 13:54 at 5'7.5 and 128lbs.

you're fine, just train. I ran 15:20 the only time I ran the 5k on the track and I was 6' 160# at the time.

Her PR is 15:52 and that's from 8 years ago (2011). She, herself states in an article that she cut weight in order to run that. Yes, the article goes on to talk about why that was a bad idea and the injuries it cost her later, but the fact remains that she had to cut the weight to achieve that time.

What did she weigh when she PB in the thon?
I would not even think about weight until college. Just focus on diet. No sugary drinks. No or little sweets.
