Have a curious hypothetical for everyone:
If you had to choose, would it be better to run for 20 minutes for your easy day or cross train for 40 minutes?
It’s no excuse, but with time constraints and energy needed for school I’m debating this question. I love running but it takes much more out of me than cross training, which is why I could do it “longer” while still maintaining energy needed to get my daily tasks done.
I’m not trying to be competitive in running anymore, but would like to be in plain, decent shape.
