Anyone have issues with the zoom fly flyknit causing them foot pain?
When I run in these they make my bones feel so sore and beat up. Its almost like a stress fracture feel inside my foot. The pain goes away eventually.
Curious if anyone else has this and maybe a solution.
Its simple bruh, you're running in a sh** shoe.
Nike made the flyknit overly stiff giving the runner the stiffness of a track spike and you're running in a shoe that is too stiff for you and distance.

Yes. I had one but now I am only using it for office work. She shoe felt way to harsh on me
Yeah I didn’t love them for easy runs. My feet felt uncomfortable and sometimes my toes would go numb. Out of curiosity what’s your footstrike?

Forefoot and that's another issue. Due to the pain the shoe altered my stride and made me land more midfoot or back on my heel.

ZF Flyknit is meant to be a fast day shoe, not an easy mileage shoe.
I do tempos in them.
Not sure about foot pain but since I started racing in the 4% and training in the flyknit, I have blown up both my hamstrings

Seems to be a common theme with these shoes.
8.4oz isn't really a "speed" shoe either when most considered speed is sub 7.
So what use is this shoe?
Dude just give those shoes a couple of days to break in. Yeah they hurt at first but when they’re broken in they’re great fuckin shoes!
I ran in these for a while including my last marathon. My legs felt fresher after long runs, but I definitely had pain in my metatarsals for the first 100 miles or so. Eventually it went away. $45 Ross special
