What would the average time be for a 45 year old woman to sprint a 100m? For context, I have plenty of experience running distance but am new to sprinting. I do 45 minutes of intense exercise 3 days a week and run almost daily (usually around six miles), am 5'3" and weigh 143 pounds. Today I tried sprinting a 100m and did it in 19.43 seconds. Is this a good time?
