This trick has been tried before.
In 1991 Belgian cyclocrosser Danny De Bie -who had been World Champion in 1989- was caught at a post-race doping control with a rig consisting of a condom filled with someone else's urine under his arm, attached to a catheter snaking under his clothing and running down to the direction of his penis. This became known as "The Pink Condom Affair," due to the prophylactic's color.
Unlike Odom, De Bie was busted, and banned from that year's World Championships.
