He's obviously extremely talented, and his best event is his 400 (although he doesn't have the endurance to make the rounds). But all this talk about the 100m is ridiculous. First off, the kid is already 19. Second off, he's physically mature. His mechanics have already been worked on a lot - he has no real shot of getting THAT much faster.
So then where's the upside? And even if he does somehow become the fastest 100m white guy ever (I doubt it), he'll still be 4th to the American trio. And let's just stop with the Bolt comparisons. Bolt is much taller. When he popped on the scene he had no mechanics and was a gangly teen with scoliosis who had a lot to gain from form correction and formal training.
Boling simply doesn't have THAT much more room for improvement. I don't think he'll stagnate too much, but he ain't gonna improve much either. He'll never be a world-beater. Guaranteed
