Probably Asics Tarther that you can only get in Japan. You can get the Tartherzeal in the UK/USA though which is similar.

Japanese have a lot of custom cobblers that will take a shoe mold like this sortie. In Yuki's case I've seen the lateral forefoot with a strip of rubber(for his supination)

Japan also has a "made in Japan" Mizuno line(no wave) and at least 3 models of NB Hanzo's.

It would be useful if NB, mizino, Asics would sell these in US as they all have higher volume wider lasts.
