I'm a senior in high school, and although I feel like the 1600 should be my specialty based on how I am as a runner, it hasn't quite worked out that way.
My pr's are:
400: 53 relay split
800: 1:58
1600: 4:32
3200: 10:03
5k (xc): 16:00
Other than the 3200 which I've only raced once, I race all of these events semi-regularly. All my track prs with the exception of the 1600 (junior year) are from the last week, but I've been running barely under 4:40 in the 1600. I'm just curious what I should be shooting for as I shift from league meets to some of my bigger races.
