Today I did 10 by 1200 at 3: 45-3:55 LT intervals . It was not my goalpace 3:40 but the grass track I use was very heavy from rain and it was very cold for my legs to run today. Anyway I did 10 of them and it felt effortless. When better weather
next time I will do faster workout up to goalpace.

Now just some easy distance today and tomorrow ( 20 k ), then my usual restday on Sunday. On Tuesday Magic one prescribes a 20 by 400 s again at 65-66 sec with rest down to 120 bpm. Looking forward to

Today I did my easy 20 k . Running first km at 4:09 and then down to 3:19 the last km . Felt very easy and relaxed. My coach is really a mastermind.

Today my coach prescribed 20 by 400s at 65-66 sec and I just relaxed doing them , all at 66. On Friday I will do a more demanding LT cruise interval at about 72- 73 sec per 400m . I will be back on Friday reporting them. Cheers!

Today it was time for my cruise intervals. They went like this , 2000m at 6:04 , 2 x 1600m at 4:52 and 4:48 , 2 x 1200m at 3:36 , 3 x 1000m at 3.00-3:01 and 3 x 800m at 2:22-2:24 , recovery= wait easy walking until back to 120 bpm ( 1000 ft altitude). I just get stronger and stronger. A total of 13 k at LT-pace . Now I work for the XC and road racing season in my country .

Today it was time for the 20 by 400s again .
I had some difficulty at the first five reps to find my predetermined pace of 66 sec, and they went like 67,68.67. 64,63, but then I find the flow and all the rest of them at 66 sec. Next workout will be on Friday and 16- 18 by 800s LT intervals at 2:22- 2:24 min .
