Since she raced I’ll assume she’s no longer hurt. Hoping for a long healthy training stretch for her and some major improvements this season

It isn't necessarily an either-or situation. Her body obviously has changed and this may be the cause of her injuries. To my eye, she no longer has the physique of a world-class runner.

and I agree, she looks like a totally different person. literally looks like the form of a 60 year old hobby jogger. I thought that the person who said that was exaggerating, but it's true.

NYC one year, they were raving about how Ritz was going to reign supreme, Salazar had been working with him, his form was Ace, forefooting all the way, etc.

Then Ritz goes by in the background, heelstriking with a full head of steam. Just saying.

She needs to work on her posture. Her shoulders are very rounded. I really want her to get back to her former self but like others her body has changed quite a bit.
