I over heard our throwers saying that LWC Coaches put on a last chance meet and allowed field event athletes as many attempts as needed to qualify. How can that be legal?

Strange. Usually official results record the outcome of every single throw, but the ones on TFRRS only show the result of the furthest throw. Something could be up here.

Is it not required to provide the result of every single field event trial in order to be eligible as a qualifying mark? It should be required to include the full field series for all field events to be a qualifying mark.
This is the NAIA bitshes. Anything goes! We've got walks, we've got a marathon! We've got XC qualifying from conference meets. What's a few extra throws. Wild, Wild West! Yee hah cowgirls!
Do any of you assholes know how TFRRS works? It shows the best result in the field events... Go back to running 900 miles a week.
This last chance meet Lindsey Wilson puts on each year has always had questionable results. Many NAIA coaches know things are not on the up and up at this meet, and the teams that go to that meet know exactly why they are going to that meet.... You just so happen having relay teams running top-10 times in the nation. Men and women having massive PR's in the jumps... I hold little stock in any of these results from their meet. With the amount of qualifiers that came from this meet along with the results, it appears to be the best meet in the NAIA this whole year. I find it difficult believe that there is always that much "track magic" in the air on the last weekend to qualify in Columbia, KY. It will be interesting to see just how many of these "national qualifiers" do anything of note come Outdoor Nationals.
as someone who often competes against lindsey wilson, my coach is friends with some of the peope who were at this meet. Lindsey Wilson actually got caught allowing throwers to throw until they hit qualifying marks for nationals. Don't know what the repercussions are, but they are def in some steaming water because thats v illegal

Just to prove the same is also true in throwing events.
